Capturing the Data

After you’ve created impact blueprints, drafted and selected performance measures,, it’s time to create a plan to capture the necessary data. Using the provided template will allow you to pull all the steps in the process together to create a data collection plan. This will enable you to choose the right tool, timing and responsibility to ensure the data collection happens consistently and on time. These resources are part of the “Impact Blueprint” series. You should have already completed “Select Performance Measures” and the next in the series is “Analyze Impact Data”.
