In order to communicate your achievements effectively, you need to understand and provide evidence for the impact of your organization’s activities. An impact blueprint is a tool used to connect the strategies of your work with its performance and the results you ultimately achieve. In these resources, you’ll apply your impact statements to the four impact blueprints--social, customer, operational, and financial-- to create a compelling image of where your organization is headed and the impact you will create.
