Performance measures (Also known as key performance indicators or KPIs) are an impact measurement tool that provide the data you need to track your impact, for internal evaluation and communication to interested parties. However, it can be difficult to choose which, and how many, performance measures to track. These resources will walk you through selecting the most effective and efficient measures for your business, to maximize your impact.
